What type of activities does your organization implement in Food Security and Livelihood sector?

 

Mona Relief Organization conduct more 70000 Food baskets since 2015 until now.

During the last four years Mona Relief and an objective to increase availability and access to secure, safe and lifesaving food for the most vulnerable households through the provision of emergency assistance. A one-off life-saving emergency food aid baskets were delivered to 10193 HHs approximately 71351 individuals in Amanat al-Asimah, Sana’a, Hodeidah, Dhamar, Hajjah, al-Mahweet, and Sa’adah governorates. Moreover, Regular food assistance were delivered to 390 HHs approximately 2730 individuals at al-Zarqeen IDPs hosting site in Hamdan district in Sana’a governorate for 6 rounds.

Through activities that aims to protect and promote livelihoods and build assets to enhance resilience. Mona Relief conduct women empowerment activity in Hodeidah governorate. We trained 20 women and financed their activity of producing and then helped them to sell their products.

The total budget during 2019-2022 is $513,087
